Availability
If available goods will be dispatched on the day of finalising your order. Occasionally we temporarily run out of stock in popular items and sizes. If this is the case we will contact you and tell you when the item will be available. You will then have the option of placing the item on back order to be sent as soon as it arrives.
Belly Button Maternity Guarantee
At Belly Button Maternity we are proud to offer the highest quality garments at reasonable prices. We are committed to making sure you are totally satisfied with our garments and our service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your choice of colour, style, size etc we will be happy to either replace the item or refund your money.
Easy Exchange
Should you wish to exchange an item, please return the garment along with the completed Returns and Exchanges form and proof of purchase by registered mail, within 7 days (14 days for International customers). The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached. Upon receipt we will process your reorder within 24 hours.
Easy Refund
Should you prefer to have a refund, please return the garment along with the completed Returns and Exchanges form and proof of purchase by registered mail, within 7 days (14 days for International customers). The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached. Upon receipt we will re-credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).
We regret we can not offer refunds on sale items. Should the garment be received considerably outside the 7 or 14 day return period (don't worry we will allow for postage delays) we will provide you with a credit note valid for 12 months.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
In order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy, Belly Button Maternity has developed a Privacy Statement. Our sites, order forms and mailing lists require users to give us contact information and details personal to our users. This information is used to get in touch with customers when necessary, or to bill the user for products and services. The demographic and profile data which is collected at our site is used to tailor our visitors experience at our site, showing our visitors content that we think will be relevant and interesting, and displaying this content according to the preferences of our visitors. We are conscious of the sensitivity of the information under our control and we take great care to ensure that this information is not lost or misused.
